We will help our customers adopt and implement international standards for Governance and Business Excellence. We will support our customers adopt and implement various governance elements as defined by ISO 37000 for enterprise governance. We will use our Tamayyoz platform to support capturing these elements and document processes and KPIs supporting them. We identify and document the business excellence framework approved for adoption. We will define standards and methods needed to support its implementation, and help our customers design, document, and use them. We will train and transfer knowledge to our customers.
