Why Tamkeen Academy?
One of the objectives of Tamkeen is to empower our customers human capital, and to transfer practical and useful knowledge to them, in order to support the successful implementation of NDS3. This will also support the provisioning of advanced, sustainable services based on adopted international standards and best practices by government and private entities. The Tamkeen Academy will partner with international and regional to provide the training leading to certification. We will work with our partners to provide advanced programs leading to professional qualification and certification in the fields of strategy management, institutional excellence, and other areas. The human capacity needs of the 2024-30 plan will constantly be studied to provide practical training offerings to support its successful implementation.
